Just bought Morrowind through Steam and installed MGSO 3.0. I followed the instructions and the installation went fine. However, when running with MGSO I have a framerate cap that I can't seem to unlock. Indoor locations are locked at 60fps, and outdoor locations are locked at 30fps. Is this normal? I would like to be able to get 60fps in outdoor locations too. I'm sure I could get higher than 30fps as the framerate never budges, it's a constant 30fps with no spikes. In the Vanilla game I got 120fps.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, 30fps for outdoors is quite a lot with MGSO, as it is very demanding. Try to open MGEXEgui.exe in your morrowind folder. There is FPS capper that can be set on and off, that is the only thing I can think of, but IIRC there is ony one value, for both interior and exterior.

Open MGEXE.gui and set the "Vsync" box to Off.
