How do i make a Spell or Power to call my animal follower to me? (Not a summon) Exp: BFF Animal Companions (gbsBFFEffectDogWhistleScript), Lets Slip the Dog of War (dogsummon)

Can i just edit one of those existing scripts and apply it to my follower and if so how can i do this?
