Recently I went out shopping for a living room TV and noticed that 80% or more are smart TVs, and any TV 50" or larger seems to be smart by default. I do not want that with all its anti-consumer, privacy invasion technology, I just want a TV. However with the slim pickings on non-smart TV iam reaching out for recommendations.

The ideal TV for me will meet the following:

- 3 or more HDMI ports

- 46"-50"

- LED

- NOT smart

- < ~$800 USD

I found an LG but the model gets mixed reviews on all sites I checked and I can only find it in a 42". While I am not opposed to a 42" I would like it to be a little larger.

Can anyone recommend me a TV to fit the bill?

Only thing is that it's a 2012 model and only has 2 HDMI ports.
