im just wondering if something like the skyshards in ESO are available in a skyrim mod....

For those who dont know in ESO skyshards are scattered threw out the world and when you find 3 you get a perk point.

Word Walls are the Skyrim Skyshards. For the most part.

The closest thing is the mod that moves the Word Walls that are in Quest Locked Areas to the regular world so you can get them all without doing certain quests or joining certain factions.
