Anyone have experience with merging Quest Dialogues? Specifically would like to know if FO3 merges the lists at runtime. Zilav, in the skyrim section, said he believed these were merged at runtime; this came up because xEdit does not merge these QSTI Records in their Merge Patch. I always thought that was strange, but if it isn't necessary to merge them I would like to know.

I have been merging them, I'm just trying to see if anyone knows if there might be an issue with doing so. I had no problems in F:NV merging these records into my Merge Plugin, I just wanted to know either way.
