Around lvl 10 the courier comes and gives me a letter from the jarl of falkreath (the one about the house). Then I can talk to nobody exept for the courier who says "No, nope, nothing.". Even the guards want talk to me. No sneak tools mod, no mask, no identity concealment.

I tried:

Disabling the courier before he talks to me

Deleting the courier (lol )

Buying the house via console command (courier comes and gives me the letter anyways)

So, any insights?

P.S: This happened with 3 different characters.
