Does anyone know of any quality house mods that don't come fully stocked with ingots/ingredients/books etc?

I love the idea of collecting all the books in the game myself, building up my own stash of rare alchemy ingredients and ingots, and collecting my own bug jars etc. I'd love a detailed house to put them in, but it seems like every housing mod I come across already has everything complete. That completely kills my desire to collect things...
