I'm making some batch scripts to perform some tasks to help me set up new characters and I had some questions on the specifics of the FNV Console.

1. What is the escape character for signifying comments.

2. How does the console handle whitespace, does it mind when more than one space or tab is used to separate values, and does it mind if commands are separated by line breaks.
