I have just defeated Miraak and the battle music dosent stops, the only place where it dosent plays is the main menu. I have exited the game a few times and it still plays over and over again. I dont want to turn music off beacuse skyrim is a bit boring without music.

Open the console command and type: removemusic DLC2MUSCombatBoss

See, if you get your music off...
