What is your opinion on Skyrim's game map? I know the Google Nirn-esque look is supposed to be one of the "cool" factors like the perk constellations and others, but I think I prefer a map that is covered when the game starts and then reveal it step by step as I travel the world. What say you?

I'd have preferred a paper map like in Oblivion.

Visible like Skyrim, I don't like to over complicate things in games where possible.

Morrowind hands down. It's more rewarding to venture in the unknown (at least in the first playthrough) and discover the geography and the points of interest myself.
