Dialogue options you wish were available?

I thought this might be fun. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is often disappointed in the options available during dialogue. Sometimes it's better to just exit the conversation, than to choose between the two or three options given.

There's those adventurers who taunt you, calling you a milk drinker. Your options are pretty much: "I don't want any trouble" or "You shouldn't talk to me that way". I wish there was a more direct approach, so you wouldn't seem like you're avoiding a fight with this amateur wearing iron armor. "I'm here to kick ass and drink milk, and I'm all out of milk" or "I will [censored] your corpse" or something similar would be great.

During Namira's quest:

Spoiler
I wish I could tell Eola how dumb it is to assume anyone who enters the Hall of the Dead is a cannibal. How high is the chance of her being right?

I'd like the opportunity to brawl with more jackasses er, mouthy NPCs. ...and I like to roleplay my characters, so when I pay for a room and I undress to go to bed, I don't want to hear "Duh, you got no clothes. You should get some." from some idiot who I should be able to kill for simply intruding. I would the option to tell them to get the hell out of my room before I make them into eunuchs. Or at Candlehearth hall, when the desk bimbo crashes into the room screeching "YOU'RE NAKED!" I'd like an option to say "So, since you're in my room, you want to join me or what?"

I would have just been happy with snarky responses that would alter the dialogue paths. It's what I love about BioWare games. I get to be a total *sshole and it never ceases to crack me up.
