Dialogue doesnt work when adding aliases to quest

So i have been trying to learn Creation Kit recently, and to me it seems like, it just sometimes works and sometimes not, i have been sitting the last 3 hours creating the same quest on new .esp's old .esp's, and its always the same result, the dialogue never works, i seem to have narrowed it down to having an actor in the aliases, but thats just stupid, because i have a working quest that uses aliases to set quest markers, i am really at a loss right now, as it just seems like it sometimes works and sometimes not, i have also been generating new SEQ files everytime i change something, so it cant be that, any idea whats going on?

Are any of your references initially disabled??? I had that dialogue bug when my actors were initially disabled. But I found a universal fix. Instead of using your actor as the reference, instead set it to a forced REF. i.e a static object that's next to your actor.
