I searched for water flickering issues and couldn't find any.

I've been playing Skyrim for months now and it has run perfectly on my rig up to 350.12 NVIDIA drivers. Downloaded and installed 352.86 and now the water flickers like crazy. I'm thinking either the optimized settings have changed, or 352.86 somehow nerfed Skyrim. I've been running it on Ultra with no issues with everything maxed out. I shouldn't have any issues, but I was wondering if anyone else has run into this with the latest patch 352.86?
