So i was going to play Skyrim, so i loaded my save and everything works. But when i get to this guy I am supposed to talk to, i have like this forcefield kind of thing so i cant go near him enough to talk to him, is there a way to fix this problem? i want to be able to keep playing

Where are you at in the game? What quest are you trying to do? Who are you trying to talk to? We need a bit more info.

I'm going to talk to Gulum-Ei for the thieves guild quest, but it doesnt really matter who i talk to, i cant go close to anyone. Its just like everyone has a round shield around them that makes me unable to go close to them.

Are you playing on PC and using any mods?
