Okay so I can't find a proper mod that removes the main quest from the game. So I am just posting this asking if anybody knows of a mod that removes the main quest THAT DOESN"T REQUIRE ME TO START A NEW GAME.

I don't think that's possible. The tutorial is part of the main quest. When you step out of the sewer you're already in the second quest of the main quest.

Can't you just not deliver the amulet?
