» Thu Jun 04, 2015 4:17 pm Me and a buddy are talking right now and we were both wondering why there seems to be no Sci-fi type Diablo games. We both agree that fantasy is not going to be everyone's cup of tea, and the market is probably ripe for a Sci-Fi diabloish game. It would have the same kind of gameplay, just with a modern or futuristic setting, and instead of Swords and bows and axes, you'd have Laser swords and blasters and stuff like that.
So, are there really no games like that, and if not, I wonder why no developer has gone down that route? I mean, there are just as many Sci-Fi gamer types as there are fantasy gamer types, seems like a huge hole in the market not being filled.
