There are two House Hlaalu's coded messages in the game: a Treasury report and a note to Bivale Teneran. Apparently, these two notes have not been deciphered.

The first one looks like this:

Now, I remember seing a similarly coded message in Umberto Eco's book "Foucault's Pendulum" that also had groups of 4 random letters, and it used Trithemus' cipher (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tabula_recta)

So has anyone tried to decode these 2 messages using the same method ?
