I want a jamming station that overwrites all radio signals and thus allows only ambient music in it's surroundings. You can do many things with such a place, my number one being a haunting, scary location that creates a dense horror-esque atmosphere.

I generally would like Bethesda to treat locations more as levels with a specific nature.

Plus dialogue should no longer be 'Can you tell me about x?' but more organic, surprising, evolving, offering loads of choices that change the way the conversation goes.

Let's focus on Fallout 4 for now.
