What is the correct directory for the thunder soundfile? : III

In my MW folder I have various thunder sound files in two locations, which is the correct one?

Sound > Fx > envrn > thunder

Sound > Fx > thunder

In vanilla morrowind, its both.

Sound ID is set in morrowind.ini under [Weather Thunderstorm]. Then for that sound, the actual .wav filed are assined from the CS, under Gameplay>Sounds.
