"Fallout 3 has stopped responding", no matter what I

I finished my wonderful stresful exam period, and I finally had time to make a http://wiki.step-project.com/User:Kelmych/Fallout3 install. Everything was going fine for a while, after the first testing the game working fine.

But when I reached the end of the install, with all the mods and the settings done, I started getting "Fallout 3 has stopped responding". I tried to deactivate 10 mods at a time to find the culprit, but surprise, after I deactivated all the mods, even the cleans vanilla esm's, the game still crashes. I was starting to get desperate- I deleted the enb local and series, and replaced them with the unmodified ones. I regenerated the fallout ini files. But nothing, the same error persists.

I have never encountered such a situation, in my mod installing history. Something in my install broke the game, but I have no idea where to look, and after almost two days spent on installing, I really don't want to reinstall the game.

Can someone please help me fix this?

Please run a dxdiag.exe and post in spoiler tags.

Please list your mods and your load order. It is likely best to use Boss since Loot as far as I know still has issues with FO3.

Did you test the game before installing mods?

And the game worked fine during the test made after installing the UI mods and FWE.

Where is the game installed.

Your C drive is almost full and is only a couple gigs free space left.

Its installed on the A partition, my 2tb hard disk. I never install games on C, which is a small SSD.
