Is there a version of Magicka Based Spell Advancement that requires the MWSE instead of Morrowind Enhanced? Morrowind Enchanced causes Morrowind to crash whenever I load a saved game and I find MWSE to be much more stable.

I don't think any exist at the moment. I was planning on implementing something like this eventually. It should be possible with current MWSE, though it won't be as "pretty" as an MWE version, due to there being no "Skill Progress" functions.
