How Will These Specs Handle TESV: Skyrim? : V

Hi!

I svck with specs, and I am wondering how these will handle Skyrim? Since I can't post links, I'll post them here:

At max settings, will it handle 60 frames? It hasn't got the best CPU, would that perhaps hold me back a little? Sorry, I svck at specs so apologies if this is a noob question!

No operating system? Not at all. Skyrim requires Windows.

It's far, far better than the 2007-era PC I run Skyrim on. I run Skyrim and quite a few mods without much of a problem.
