Some Character Assistance?

After a long break from Skyrim i've recently got right back into it and have started a few new chanarcters. The main one i'm really into is my Nord 2 handed warrior.

His main skills are Heavy Armor, 2 handed, restoration magic and smithing / enchanting.

I'm making good progress in the game and don't need much assistance in terms of the actual play style. My questions are more around how this type of character would fit into Elder Scrolls lore. I'm seeing him as a sort of Paladin type character with healing magic and fire enchants on weapons to burn his enemies and I'm trying to commit as little crime as possible. The restoration magic is a big focus and i'm trying to use it as much as possible rather than just a side not to a total wrecking machine 2 handed warrior.

Does this type of character actually exist? Also, what side quests and extra things in addition to the main quests would this type of character pick up? It feels a bit wrong doing any of the Daedric things...

The character has completed the Companions and struggles with the Werewolf curse although hasn't cured it. I'm playing it as if he is able to control it and although always being aware it's there it's not something that consumes him. He takes out the urge to take the beast form mainly when clearing out small bandit camps and never really attack guards or town folk.

I'm really liking the character overall and was just curious as to whether this type even makes sense.

I play this type of character most often and any character makes sense in Skyrim. As for things to do, there is no shortage of people I. Need of help. The thane quests are appropriate and should keep you very busy. Dawnguard is an excellent fit for this character. It has a perfect storyline and excellent gear. The Dawnguard Rune Hammer is a lot of fun, the Heavy Armor is among my favorites and it also gives you access to offensive restoration spells. As for ideas, there are some great paladin build articles on the skyrim blog. Here is one with a variety of paladin builds. Check the link to his original build for the base build, which includes roleplay ideas.
