As I was re-downloading a bunch of mods from the Nexus site, I saw 2 "command windows" pop up and quickly disappear on my desktop. Then, first Internet Explorer was placed on my quickbar, which I quickly deleted, then Google Chrome, which I also quickly deleted.

I have no clue what that was, how it was done, or what even caused it. Has anyone ever witnessed something like this before? It was almost as if someone had remotes access to my PC, though my mouse was all in my control.

Should I be worried? Freaked? Listening for "Twilght Zone" music to happen?

PS: I am currently running a Spybot scan

Yeah a Spybot scan and a malwarbytes scan, they tend to catch things that the other one does not catch. Hope nothings wrong.

What mods were you downloading? Looks like avoiding the nexus would be a good idea.
