Hey anyone know what the Console Code for the Unscoped .44 Magnum is? I have a Role-Play that involves the PC getting it before they leave the vault. Basically her Dad (James) left it to her in a lock box and told her to not open it until absolute nessessary.

If You have Mothership Zeta, the ID is XX00829f. Paulsons' Revolver is the only unscoped 44 Magnum I am aware of in Fallout 3.

His gun has the bullet that breaks into several, like a Shotgun. I'm talking about just a normal, run of the day .44 Revolver.

Know the code for Point Lookout's Double Barrel shotgun?

  • Scoped if full time usage
  • Un-scoped if using as a secondary

Nothing beats scoping out an unsuspecting Raider though.

I hate scopes on pistols. I'd rather have the Shotgun be for close secondary, but use UNSCOPED .44 as primary.

I find it easier to range targets out with pistol scopes and Shotguns are fun too but limited to close quarters. I personally like to run a semi-auto rifle with handgun sidearm for when my rifle needs to be reloaded. I also find handguns to be a good weapon for close quarters. And finally, my grenade launcher or rocket launcher for those enemies that need a little extra something to take them down. I try to avoid using my explosive weapons incase I damage the goods but it's always a joy to see things go boom!

I hate Scopes on pistols, simple as that. But the only NORMAL unscoped .44 Revolver can only be achieved via console commands.

Then just enter the console command.
