I used a cheat to level up because I needed extra perks to complete a quest and I was around 30 XP for level 10. When I did that though, any EXP I get just pops up and the level marker doesn't move. I tried everything, when I wanted to add my EXP in console I got MagicEffect >> 1.00 Which I didn't get if I load up saves before my leveling up. Help me please...
