i tried every thing that i found here, (and other places in the internet)

and nothing helps

I am stuck on the launcher of the game, (if a press play it vanised and then the launcher pop back up)

please help me, this is so frustating

Install location is key, so are the INI tweaks for multicore.

Now, one thing to check, do you have a dedicated video card on your system or is it CPU graphics? If the latter, the game will not run.

yes i did that, and the videocard is Nvidia Gforce gt 650m

if its not right i have no idea how to change it (mainly becase its an laptop)
