How do i make new races that i create, use more than 1 hair ?

I'm surprised you got one. If I remember how it works, each wearable item (including hair) has to be updated to include your new race in the list that can use it. In some cases, there's a formlist in between, and you update the formlist once, and all items using the formlist are affected. But for armour and clothing, each item needs editing.

Since all actors belong to a race, including creatures, and you get odd situations like armored trolls, they chose to do it from that end.
