Biped slots that appear properly in 1stperson meshes?

What biped slots will appear on the 1stperson arms? I am attempting to make proper hands instead of those silly dragon head things for Dragon Aspect, and due to the complex animation nature of the meshes, it's easier to make the hands entirely separate NIFs. However, having both the original NIFs and the hands be 61_FX01 results in an overlap and things don't appear right.

I've only gotten it to appear properly in 3rd person and 1stperson if I set it up to be a ring on all three levels (ARMO, ARMA, and BSDismemberSkinInstance), but obviously this won't work as it'd remove rings.
