How do you kill Mankar Camaron in hard(?) difficulty?

I was recently near the end of the major quest line, the Paradise. I was level 46, I think my blade skill (use them weapons most if not magic) was around 90. Difficulty level hard I believe? It's right in the middle of the bar, not easy, but not to hard eather. Anyway.

Before jumping around in the Paradise. I equipped the Sheogorath's cloths, Spellbreaker, Mundane ring and I can't remember what other ring or necklas I had. Weapons: Sheogorath's staff, The Wabbajack, Dawnfang and Umaril's sword (very underated weapon IMO). I also had [censored] load of Super health potions that was very needed at end of this quest and some other needed stuffs. However, I came to Camarons, I dunno, home? And his children meet me outside. I followed them in and they start to mock me saying something in the line "Do you fear Mankar Camaron himself? As you should". I then met Mankar Camaron himself and he sat on his throne like a [censored] he is and start to mock me and play god. His children start to attack me, and it didn't take many swings to make them silent. Then Mankar Camaron lift his ass and "The Final Countdown" starts.

Now mind you, all my (2) weapons was fully repaired and charged before meeting Camaron. But good god, he was "impossible". Sure I had that mythic dawn guy that regret what he have done before ending up in paradise and aided me. Poinless really becaus he dies almost as quickly he gets in. But I swing and swing at Camaron over and over again with Dawnfang. Then he run over to the other courner of the room and start to recover himself and summon that daedra lord. Also, he only need to use the recovery spell 1 time to fully recover himself. Saddly, I didn't have any fatique potions soo when the green bar was down, I sometime started to fling into the floor and he has more time to recover. His children start recovering (also that mythic dawn "regret what he did" guy). I kid you not, this battle took around 10 minutes before ALL MY WEAPONS BROKE DOWN.

Sure I could continue by using the bound sword spell or wait untill every dawn when my Dawnfang revives. But as you may have imagine, that was almost pointless. Soo I did what I had to do then, drag the difficulty bar dead left and take 3-5 swings with my bound claymore and the battle is over.

But seriously, if I was going to have this difficulty or higer. What should you do to beat him? Sure, Fatique potions, Paralyse spell/effect, blade 100 and forward charge him whatever could help a lot. But if I had higer, I don't think even that would help. What would you do, (except "Open console > type in the command soo he dies")?

It's been nine years since I did this. But I seem to recall that I made a beeline for Mankar Camoran and totally ignored the other two. I was playing a warrior, wielding a Claymore, and with some hefty health from Heavy Armor and Armorer bonuses to Endurance.

I think I just hacked away at him frantically (the usual way I did combat back then) and drank a whole lot of health potions. I later discovered that using no magic was, accidentally, a good tactic as he is pretty resistant to magic attacks.

One big caveat, though: I did this at a much lower level than you. I must have been between 8 to12. So his and his children's spells were much less powerful in my game.
