That didn't change anything at all, still only a black screen and then a crash.

Then tried launching it through FOMM and then I actually got 1 second of music before it crashed.

I could play this on my old computer like 2-3 years ago which also had Win 7 by just changing the ini file in My Games.

Now I moved the game to D:\SteamLibrary (Got the Steam version of the GOTY) and changed the ini file in that folder as well but yeah....
