So, it just crashes, before it even launches. She did the thing where she put the d3d9 into the correct directory, but it still wont even lauch to the title screen. Her specs are.. Intel core i3-4150 CPU @ 3.50Ghz and has 8gb of ram and is on windows 8, and a more detailed description of what is happening is she lauches fo3 from steam, the laucher pops up, she clicks play, then nothing, it crashes without the game even popping up. That's all I have to say really... nothing to add... I would give more info if I could.
