Strange Trigger Box Issues

I'll try to be to-the-point.

I've made a trigger box that upon activation teleports the player to an XMarker as well as applies an Image Space Modifier (It works in-game). Now, the problem comes when I try to create another trigger box (It is a different activator) with the same script, but a different teleporting XMarker property. When I go in-game, the new trigger box doesn't work (The tool tip to activate the box doesn't appear). They are in the same cell; is that an issue? I also have another trigger box activator in another cell in that same World Space that also works in-game.

I've tried many different combinations of things, such as using a different script with the same source code, or having the script attached to the base of the activator and not the object instance in the world. Nothing works.

I haven't made any changes with the check boxes that are checked, or anything (Yes, Player activation is checked on every trigger box). Is it possible that some Creation Kit file that controls Trigger Box inner workings is corrupt? Is it just that I can't have more than one trigger box activator in the same cell?

Have you tried rotating the trigger box just a bit about the Z axis? I think I read that there was a bug where things wouldn't activate sometimes if they were in the 0, 90, 180, 270 positions.
