First off I would like to apologize in advance for any offenses in this forums etiquette this is my first time asking here. So a few years back I purchased TES 3 Morrowind on the gamestop PC app and downloaded it and played it with no problems. I got a new computer and wanted to play it again so I downloaded the gamestop launcher and everything but when I hit play in the morrowind launcher it takes me to a product activation UI and when i enter everything in, which by the way is definitely correct I checked multiple times, it says

There was a problem activating morrowind:

Writing of license file failed.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thank you in advance
