Some of the sounds added by Wilderness sounds are too loud, is there a way I can lower their volume? Maybe an online conversion tool anyone can reccomend?

I did try in windows movie maker, but that exports the sound as a wma which sounds screwed up in game when I convert that back to a wav file.
