I don't know if anyone has had the same issue. But for me I am currently at level 21, and it seemed I was able to visit New Vegas without no problem at all before that. But now at level 21 I can't even get in Vegas without it freezing up, the screen going black. Forcing me to restart my system. I just want to know if anyone has had the same problem. This is the first time I had such a bad thing go wrong for me in this game, other than minor freezes. If anyone can understand my situation, please let the people of Obsidian know about this. Maybe get it corrected. I kinda feel upset cause everything in the game was going good and this happens.

What system is this on, Have you checked the disk for scratches, How many save files do you have, If Xbox, Have you installed it on the HD? Make sure you check all of that out, If it's PC, try and re-install it but back up the save game data, Only other thing that you could do is wait for an update...

Its not just you, I'm only a level 15 and every time I try to enter the strip to complete a mission, it loads for a second, then the screen completely goes black and freezes. And when I reboot the game my autosave file is corrupted. The sad thing is that I'd been in already several times. It's not just you the game needs to be fixed. I've also had problems when trying to add mods to my pre-ordered 10mm Weathered Pistol. My weapon disappears and My guy turns to a big red square. This link shows a video of it. there is a work around for this until they patch, i had to do this already so i know it works they need to patch asap

I've also had problems getting into the Strip at level 21 - except for me, it didn't crash. The door to the Strip changed so that it was locked and required a specific key to enter.

I just reached lvl. 20 and have the same issue with the Strip Gate being locked, making it very hard to finish the quest I'm on, and even harder to get to the rest of my equipment stored in the room at the Lucky 38.

same for me i go to enter the strip and it just turns back this is the second time its happened the first time i was relying on auto saves and i lost alot of stuff thus forcing me having to back track and repeat it then just before i entered the strip i saved luckily because i tried to enter and its froze again also it says the auto save is corrupted as well this is a serious [censored] problem and im not even going to get started on all the other minor bug problems as well that ive encountered and im not even half way through the game yet(i.e i havent ventured to the damn yet or travelled to or past the black mountain) 0.o im only level 14 or 15 at the most 16 i must say this is highly dissapointing this needs to be fixed asap and they should also throw us a bone and give us a free DLC seeing as how its 2010 and gaming industries should have their [censored] together the greedy bastards not that, thats likely but at the very least and apology but we probably wont even get that the [censored]ers idk i dont have any advice on the problem except badmouthing the game creators and that gets us nowhere but i figured post anyways and let them know its not a small problem
