The blackest of nights as dark as dark can be!

Ha, a few of us have talked around real life instances of zero visibility scenarios.

However, just moments ago Ulda was running with Lyds from Lakeview to Rorikstead. We killed Alduins underling Voljotnaak at the road junction as last light ebbed away. Then we still had to follow the road to Rorikstead. It was super dark. I decided to test it out a bit.

Looking at the road cobbles illuminated by Ulda's torch light. The further you could see ahead was 20 walked paces. Then I tried running, the furthest that could be seen was just six seconds ahead.

It really did feel kinda scary. Had we been off road crossing The Tundra it would have been easy to get lost if the map wasn't used. Even with the map it wasn't possible to pin point our exact location.
The worst thing was not knowing who or what lie ahead! Vampires, Sabrecats? Well thankful we hit Rorikstead by late evening and all was well.
(PS.....those who don't know, me. I'm a DiD player......and that makes running into bad things, a big deal!)

Boy o boy, that was what I call Dark.
