I used console commands to teleport to Vault 106 which gave me the blue/blurry trippy vision filter then I teleported back to megaton, and it's still stuck, is there a console command or anything to stop this filter?

I really don't want to revert back 2 hours

So of course you don't have the script trigger to remove the effect. And you won't have that unless you can do the quest in the vault.

Your first mistake was not making a forked save before using the console. Unintended things can happen when you use it.

So, revert back to your older save, and next time, save in a new slot before making any changes using the console.
