As to the no arms thing, we'll all I can think is it has something to do with the animations that require to show arms bound and across the body rather then by your side......so it is therefor a special ' one off' construction just for the Helgen run through.

Uhh... Rick, I actually think the character is just an Altmer in firelight that has been altered by some mod a bit. I doubt that, while Altmer males are not beautiful by any stretch, this one is any uglier than any other Altmer....who happens to have no arms... or shoulders...

I remember having this in Oblivion when I used tfc on first person view.
