now i am probably in a minority of one on this,but glados.

i enjoyed the portal games (as a puzzler).

glados though,i just wanted to fry it's circuits by the end.absolutely nothing redeeming about it whatsoever.

also that other robot was bloody annoying too from second game.

Skyrim's Heimskr. Michael Gough's over-acting makes an unbearable character even more unbearable.

Serana from from Dawnguard. Her ashpile bullcrap is why I uninstalled Dawnguard. She's one of the two biggest flaws of Skyrim's design, the other being the vampire attacks on towns. I don't mind me being attacked, but making enemies that kill NPCs is horrible design IMO. But I digress.

Tiny Tina from Borderlands 2. There comes a time when a character is trying so hard to be funny that it makes you cringe to the point of causing pain to your soul.

Other contenders are Karliah from Skyrim, Big Smoke from San Andreas, Benhart from Dark Souls 2 ("eh, I see yooa lookin at meh sword, lemme tell ye aboot it"), and everything that spawned from Little Lamplight.
