I would like to pay a modder to create a custom sword for me on Skyrim, something pretty simple just a longsword with a gold and jeweled hilt

Just put a request out there. Maybe someone will pick up the request or point you in the direction of an existing mod. It may also be quicker to have a crack at learning to do it yourself too.

You CANNOT request/offer money for mods.It's against the rules.
