I recently started a new game and when I got to Tel Mithryn and I left Neloths place I was attacked by a dragon and then all of Tel Mithryn started to attack me too what kinda glitch is that I am kinda getting bugged by it

If you have started the main Skyrim quest, then you will get random dragon attacks. Anywhere, anytime.

If you accidentally have been hitting the NPCs during the fight, then of course they will start fighting back.
