I've been hunting down causes for my screen tearing issues. They started when I upgraded my ENB to more "modern version" as I started playing Skyrim again.
AMD cards seem to be notorious when it comes to Vsync issues and I've done pretty much everything I can to fix them. And most part it has been successful,
however when I go to world map view and exit (via fast travel or just by returning to game) screen tearing starts. I've tried few different methods of V-sync and
frame rate limiters and none of those fix this issue (where others wont fix screen tearing at all).
Currently I'm using RadeonPro to force FPS to 59 (ingame FPS still jumps between 40-120) and my screen refresh rate is set to 60 (goes up to 144 in settings).
Strangely, when I disable ENB, screen tearing stops (however it returns each time I enable ENB).
So is the game itself causing the screen tearing whenever I use world map or is it because of ENB glitches when I return from map view?
Has anyone found/know solution to this problem?
