So I am playing on a new install using mgso and severall other mods (but these several other mods probably aren't causing this issue) There are two types of female armor in my game that are either missing a texture or mesh as they show up as error markers (!) The armors are netch leather and imperial. Does anybody know how to fix this?

First thing is make sure you have installed the mods correctly. What are the errors from Warnings.txt.? It usually lists missing mesh identifying which meshes were had the problem.
