Potion effect based on keywords?

Greets!

Is it possible to create a potion that checks for it's own keywords and casts effects on the player/NPC based on them?

Example:

A custom mead. It has keywords like dry, strong and vintage.

I'd like the script to assign three different effects when it finds these keywords. (Naturally if it finds different keywords, it assigns different effects.) Can this be done?
