let's talk about Caesar's Legion

some curiosities:

1) Canyon Runner apparently speaks Latin fluently. Probably Sallow and Graham also. At least each of them know a few words. Latin is a second language for them?

2) They have access to a bulk supply of Stealth Boys. They even give you several free. They have control over a old operational factory of this device?

3) Not appear exactly in the game, but children are also used against enemies. The Ranger in Novac had his leg injured by a mini legion, which exploded a grenade near him.

4) Apparently, their numbers are considerable. 87 tribes does not seem to impress, but the guys have the luxury of dispensing possible recruits (White Legs, Khans).

5) Probably just Sallow, Graham and Ulysses are the educated men throughout the Legion. In one of the Arcade′s slide endings, he′s the one that have a conversation to-toe with Caesar ("Caesar grew fond of speaking with such an educated man on philosophical matters. Arcade became his unwilling intellectual sparring partner.")

6) The Legion decimated the Twin Mothers tribe. They were the only ones who knew the Bitter Drink recipe. Some Legionaries carry this powerful remedy, but most is limited to the healing powder. Lanius has a special version of this consumable.

7) In addition to the stealth boys, the Legion has another pre war technology. Slave Collars.

8) Graham is a banned name in the Legion. Interestingly, he remains in the Legion Denarius, along with Bill Calhoun, which was never part of the Legion.

9) Graham is not the only Legate who suffered a major defeat. Apparently, Lanius campaign to take control of Denver, was a disaster.

Ok, a few questions. I do not know if it was said somewhere:

A) there are citizens in the territories controlled by Legion? It seems that yes, the presence of merchants indicates this. But the slaves of the Legion (the soldiers) also carry coins, so that left me in doubt.

B] Would the legion have a Senate in its capital, equal to the Senate in ancient Rome?

C) The Legion does not seem to produce NOTHING. They are nomadic?

D) When the Legion appeared in New Mexico, Raul was already a Ghoul. What is their position against RAD and FEV mutants?

E) Caesar is considered a deity, the son of Mars. Some gaming NPC can give more details about the religion practiced by this faction?

Thank you guys.

A) Yes, they aren't apart of the Legion, but they live in the territory of the Legion.

B) It would likely remain a one-man dictatorship. Caesar would be wise not to repeat history...

C) They certainly produce gold and silver coins. Not to mention makeshift machetes, spears, and repurposing sports equipment into armor. Not much is known.

D) It is probably kill on sight, since there doesn't seem to actually be any Ghoul, or Super Mutant slaves or even Legionaries.

E) The Legion practices the Cult of Mars, they believe that Mars bombed the Earth, so that Caesar could conquer it, and return peace to the world.

A) I wonder how this works. They pay fees? probably yes. They are saved from the horrors of the Wasteland, but they are saved from the Legion? Unlikely .

E) Interesting. Caesar has a lot of the Master and their unity. Under the cloak of Caesar, a nation of peace can emerge. Oppressive, tyrannical and cruel ...... but with peace reigning. Apparently.

I hope we can see more of the Legion in the future. Not as the main antagonists, but a DLC in their territories would fall as well.

We certainly won't see them in Fallout 4. Maybe, another West Coast game might mention them.
