I'm playing through the Dark Brotherhood Chronicles mod but I'm having technical issues now. I just found the stronghold and now I'm in the council chambers but nothing happens. I looked up solutions for this and most of the problems seem to revolve around Arquen not showing up due to mod conflicts, but I have her. All of the council chairs are filled and the Watcher stands nearby. I sit in my seat and nothing. The only thing I can think of is that the normal chair next to mine is empty. Is Cla'nee, the woman from the Skingrad house from the whodunnit mission supposed to be there or something? I talked to her before going as prompted and she followed me, but it seemed she couldn't follow me once I entered the sewers directly before the stronghold. Anyone have any suggestions?

Nevermind, I solved the issue by teleporting Cla'nee to the chamber room. No idea why she couldn't follow me down though, but oh well.
