Error opening strings file when opening a mod in the CK

I know what you're thinking, this is an easy one... just wait....

I'm trying to open Hearthfires Multiple Adoptions in the CK so I can see how the author did something that I'm trying to figure out. When I open the mod, I get the error:

Assert

File: C:\_Skyrim\Code\TESV\TES Shared\misc\BGSLocalizedString.cpp

Line: 2871

LOCALIZATION: Error opening or reading strings file.

I click Abort:

Assert

File: C:\_Skyrim\Code\TESV\TES Shared\misc\BGSLocalizedString.cpp

Line: 2883

Failed to allocate entry array.

I click Abort:

Assert

File: C:\_Skyrim\code\tesv\bssystem\BSTSmartPointer.h

Line: 167

Null pointer

I click Abort and the CK crashes.

Here's the fun part.

I have ALREADY edited the SkyrimEditor.ini and made sure that SResourceArchiveList2 has the DLC in it. I've also made sure to add bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1.

I've tested this on two installations of Skyrim (I keep two installs so I use one for modding and the other for playing).

I can't find any other information on this error, everyone keeps talking about the SResourceArchiveList2 string.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
