Now I know this is not the proper forum, but I have time now and I'm willing to try and fix this again. Plus I really want to play something different. I have a Skyrim DVD that runs through steam. When I go to run the program it keeps saying steam client down, check back later. Later turns into months etc. Now I asked before but I ran out of time. I have the same product code as last time. I've installed the game, but it says to either use an existing account or make a new one. Making a new one is not the best idea, as the game will end up asking the same question. Course if Steam is down, the point is moot. Where can I find the technical forum?
