Regional Vurt's Groundcover

Post » Mon Aug 03, 2015 11:55 pm

I thought that Vurt's grass mods originally had different ESPs for the regions. Or maybe that was Vality's grass mod. I have non-Vurt esps I would like to use for the AI and BC regions, does anyone have a version of Vurt's Groundcover which is split up into separate plugins for each region?

If not, is there an easy way to do this? All the programs I've been opening up the ESP in only show the cell coordinates, not the region (at least not without having to select every entry individually which will take forever...).

Thanks,

MD

It should take less than 10 minutes with Morrowind Enchanted Editor. Just open the plugin, go to Cells, select Edit/Mark all entries, then uncheck the entries you'd like to keep, and hit Cut Marked, save, regenerate distant land, you're done.

Aside from Enchanted, MWEdit also shows the region name. Should be easy to select them all, right click and select "clear", then resave the plugin. :)

As far as I remember, MWEdit shows region names for the cells. It's very usefull to clean accidental references, but sometimes crushes when there is about 20 000 refs on cell and you need to clean few of it.

I'll try Enchanted Editor again. I tried installing it yesterday to check this and got some errors and the installation failed. So I'll probably try MWEdit first. Thanks.
